Questions, answered
BugShield Bracelets FAQ
Is this a replacement for EPA-registered repellent?
No. Treat these scent bracelets as an optional comfort layer, not equivalent to EPA-registered protection. Where mosquito-borne disease is a concern, use an EPA-registered repellent according to its label and follow public-health guidance.
Where do I wear one?
Use a wrist or ankle. Follow the directions on the product label.
From what age?
Keep bracelets out of reach of children under 3. They are not for babies. For older children, follow the product label and supervise use. Do not use stroller placement as a workaround for the age restriction.
How long does each bracelet last?
We do not promise a fixed scent duration or protection time. Follow the replacement interval on the product label, and return the bracelet to its resealable bag between uses.
What is in the 3-Color Bundle?
30 bracelets total: three 10-packs in different color schemes. Each scheme contains multiple colors, rather than the entire bundle containing exactly three individual colors.
