Privacy Policy
This policy explains how PeelWell collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our site, place an order, contact us, or sign up for marketing.
Information we collect
We may collect contact details such as your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address; order and transaction details; messages you send us; marketing preferences; and technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, and site activity collected through cookies or similar tools.
How we use information
We use information to operate the store, process and deliver orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve our products and site, comply with law, and send marketing emails when permitted. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. PeelWell does not store full payment-card numbers. Stripe receives transaction and payment information and handles it under its own privacy terms and security practices.
How we share information
We may share information with service providers that help us process payments, host the site, fulfill and ship orders, send email, analyze site use, prevent fraud, and provide customer support. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business sale or reorganization. We do not sell personal information for money.
Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, understand traffic, and measure marketing. Browser settings may let you limit cookies, though parts of the store may not work as intended.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete certain information, or opt out of marketing, by emailing us. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply. We will verify and respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.
Children
Our store is intended for adults purchasing products for themselves or their families. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date here. Questions or privacy requests: hello@peelwell.com.
